Our mission
Bunnell-Stratford Marching Band & Guard is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing opportunities for everyone in our community to participate in healthy, safe, and inclusive musical activities in a fun and family-oriented environment.

Support our mission
As a local town marching band, our major source of revenue is generated from membership fees and donations from generous individuals and businesses. We get very limited support from the school district, so all funds must be raised by the board and students to help our program run smoothly.
These funds are then reinvested into the Band and Guard for the benefit of all band and guard members. They help provide musical instruments, guard equipment, uniforms, pay staff, and provide travel equipment (bus and transportation).

Uniform Return - Parent Volunteers needed (must be vetted)
April 27, 2026 from 4pm - 6pm at the dungeon
Band students - make sure you have your band pants washed and ready for return!
Colorguard students - make sure to return costumes (seniors must also return all equipment)
Cavalcade of Bands
September 12, 2026 at 3:00pm - Join us for our annual Fall Showcase featuring performances by our marching band and color guard.
Memorial Day Parade
May 25, 2026 at 12:00pm - Catch us marching through the streets of Stratford, spreading cheer and music.
Indoor Spectacular
